I really find it interesting that Christians argue evolution, and try to use holy books from other religions which they openly condemn to prove their God is the one and only. Why is that?

Faith and reason do not contradict eachother. Neither Faith and science. Reason doesn't acknowledge revelation, revelation has to be accepted by faith or by reason of authority. So they have their own ways of operating.
Both are true ways to the truth. If you accept their boundaries and own spheres.

I agree with you, I had never looked at it in that point of view before. I used to be a Christian and have left that religion due to my lack of belief. I feel that it is because Christianity is supposed to be the highest most widely know religion there is and if there are non believers then they feel that they need to find proof to show them that he does exist so that they will follow because they are dominating and want everyone to follow their path and theirs only. I am a Studying Wicca and I don't preach my religion nor do I try to recruit others into believing that my religion is better than theirs. I accept all religions and people and I don't feel that it is right the way Christians act towards other religions.
Here is some food for thought: Christians believe in hell and the Devil, Wiccans believe in Gods and Goddesses and their belief gives them power, we do not believe in negative or evil entities, because to believe in something is to give it power and why would you want to give evil power?

I think you have that backward, it is not the Christians that need prove, we live by faith, it is the Non-Christians that are always asking for prove and when we tell them about faith, like you they try to turn it around, sorry that won't work, you either except God by faith or you don't, it is your choice

Siayckel,I believe christians try to help people who don't know GOD. Not out of weakness but out of LOVE. There is no arguement about evolution Just ignorance about GOD.

Christians do not argue evolution,because they dont believe in it, and they are strong in their faith because they do not need proof of God's existance. They know it with out a doubt. Boy are you screwed up. I am a Christian and I do not believe in evolution, you aparently do. I am a Christian and I do not need proof of God's existance, because I know with out a doubt that God does exist and i will bet my life on that. But aparently you are the one who needs the proof. I don't have to find proof, but it's always nice to have when a non-believer has a question. By the way, God is the one and only and evolution is a lie.

No one finds proof like in a judging case,everyone seeks it.
You might not agree,but this in the nature of men,to seek answers,to ask questions and to doubt.
After they reach a certain point and overcome this,then they can say they 'believe';what ever they where searching for.
