I have some pain these days in the men's areas...because i was washing and it hurt badly at that moment. There is no bruises or nothing...I'm taking pain meds but still getting pain after 3 days.. a bit, not much but still hurts. And I KNOw if i went to the doc, he would really not know what to do as there is nothing physical that can be seen wrong. So i guess i have to cure myself by my mind. How can i do it throgh meditation?

Yes meditation works. I can make any pain disappear on me and my friends. Lets see there are many ways... one; with your imagination. or go to a big tree hug and say Thank you for taking my pain.9x. Let me know .. there are many ways.. Jack has no idea.

Pfft...meditation doesn't work for healing pain. I tried it once because I was forced to (perhaps that is the problem...), but it was a nice excuse to take a nap.

I think what you said about the doctor would be true in some cases (if you go to a general practice doctor for example, he would probably refer you to a specialist), but he probably would have some advice or such for you nonetheless. It's probably not so uncommon; besides, perhaps he would run some tests for you based on the sort of pain you are experiencing if he is specialized in that.

No one can force you to go to the doctor, and you have made it clear that you would not like to; so, here is some general advice that may help cure your pain:
-Eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. It is easy to incorporate these into your diet--simply eat crackers, cookies, etc. because they have a lot of vegetable oil, and eat Jell-O snack packs or flavored ice cream because that usually has fruit.
-Exercise...so long as it won't injure your pained area any further.
-Get plenty of sleep. If you are having trouble fitting sleep into your schedule, take time for meditation because I nearly guarantee you will fall asleep from it anyways.
-Also, for this specific type of pain in that specific location, stay away from those ladies for a while!

I wish you the best of luck in this!

Yes meditation can help. But it won't make the pain go away. If you are not a doctor don't ASSUME that you know what you are talking about. Modern science has gone a long way and can probably find a solution to your problem. You should fix it before it gets any worse.

Yes, meditation can help u with the pain - its auto suggestion that u have no pain. But it will take time and depends upon how well u r able to concentrate and meditate. Better to see the doc, he would be the best judge!!!

No, meditation does not work, especially "Eastern Meditation. " Do not waste your time with such foolishness. Also stay away from yoga, because it's crap.

If "Eastern Meditation" worked, then no one in China, India, or Japan would have any pain at all. When's the last time you heard of that region being "pain free"?

Love, Jack.

there are no bruises now but maybe in a day or two there will be, i would go to the dr as you may have injured yourself. meditation is for cronic pain like arthritis, fibromyalgia the early stages of cancer, it is to be used by the person who has pain 4 or more days a week and is constantly in pain almost the entire of each day

YES, but it will take time, because it is depent upon you how much you can concentrate yourself. Better try to attend Acupressure-Yoga ( there is a method of meditation also).
