The brain is the organ in the physical/material body to reflect the thoughts from the subconscious.

Thoughts are creative endeavours always coming through the mind of the thinker.

The physical body is a combination of organs, systems, and functions to maintain the life of the entity.

Free will is when we can choose our way in all things. We can think thoughts that create our lives...either negative or positive...according to our own spirit.

The soul is defined as breath. God breathes life into His creation.

Oneself is the ego in the material vibration....the spirit in that form and mentally we strive to be oneself in all our lessons....and thereby develop our individualized personality.

Here ya go... First of all we must strip away what is not part of reality, namely the soul. There is plenty of evidence to deny the existence of the soul, i won't list them here but if you look you will find it. With that out of the way thought is a function of the brain... in fact, to return to the beginning of this answer this combination is responsible for the notion of a soul. The body is regulated by the brain through the nervous system and the endocrine system. These systems regulate everything from your behavior (free will if you will), your growth and development, and keeping your internal organs working in sync. Oneself is the combination of all of this.

None can exist independently. The brain is necessary to keep the body alive, and the body must exist to keep the brain alive... the rest of what you mentioned are byproducts of this relationship.

trying to answer this in a small column of yahoo answers is impossible, it will take atleast 2hrs of dialogue and then followed by the time taken to answer the difficulties.
yes it is true brain, body are physical entities, thoughts, free will, wisdom, desires are ramifications of the cosmic energy, which can be channalised thru the brain. soul is the connecction/medium which connects the physical brain to the cosmic energy. if life were just a nano-electo-chemico-physical process, whe could have been able to create life in our labs,, pple who take pride in saying soul is non-existant and god is a fantacy are dumb fools, the more the will research the more will they be aware of the existance of soul god.
