Any travel agent can hook you up with a tour to these points. You do realize that they are 5000 km away (3000 mi). By plane you are looking at 6 hours or more travel time and by bus or train it is days.

it would be smart to go to a travel agent... the trains do not run anymore in a lot of places down east.
