Well in Scotland they can also get married at 16 too, so why not??????

It is gambling and should have the same rules as other forms of gambling. Then if 16 year old want to buy them and they can't it would be easy to get an older person to get them for them. Just like they get beer and other alcohols. Too many things don't seem to add up every place.

It's a lottery itself... the 'coming of age thing' for youth... it's high time they set one legal age down for everything and ruled out all the rest, because they are exploited and make loopholes for seedy characters to use to their own advantage in coersion, where youth is concerned!
