ive been on loads of diets and have lost two stone (thats 28 pounds) but i havent gone down any clothes sizes. my clothes that used to be a bit tight are a bit loose now but the clothes ive tried on in sizes down dont fit too well. is there anything i can do to loose inches?? and fast??

bulk versus weight so it must mean that you have lost a lot of muscle weight rather than fatty tissue and this leads me to believe that your diet has been unbalanced
at the moment i have lost twenty pounds but wiht only a tiny decreade in my waist size and on another tack rosemary conley diets claim the elixir of weight loss saying she can target particular areas of the body
i can't quite recall the type of diet which disporpotiolnately prodduces muscle loss but you need to keep your existing muscle and build new muscle cos muscle is what absorbs calories and keeps weight although ironically a weight training diet would put your weigh up in the short term
you are doung something wrong and some diets can severely damage your damage your body;the reason most women don't lose weight is they don' t know the science behind nutrition;they skip breakfast leading to low metabolic rate all day and storage of calories;they dont run a future food diary leading to impulsive and poor foof choicea
