Puppies are way too big to fit in the blender. You should use kittens instead.

I would leave a bowl of ice and water out under a tree or some sort of shade. That way the sun won't hit it directly. The puppy will drink when he needs to. He'll be perfectly fine.

Hope you have a great BBQ! Best Wishes! :D

Putting ice cubes in the puppy's water bowl is always good. But, if it is hot outside the best place for the puppy is inside where it is cool. Too much personal contact with a new puppy at any time (but especially in the hot weather) is very stressful for it. Taking ice cubes along with you when you travel is very good for the puppy as they will melt as you go and the puppy will always have its own water.

If the puppy is running around, it will eventually get thirsty. If you have a big dog it might be able to go longer without water. If the puppy is not drinking, have him/her sit down inside and put the water bowl in front of them. Then, they should drink.

If the puppy likes to eat ice cubes, you can continuously pop ice cubes into his/her bowl. You could probably mix up some kool-aid without the sugar or with very little sugar. The taste should be appealing which should entice the puppy to drink OR another thought is trying Pedialyte which is used to hydrate children.

If what you're really saying is that you want to make drinks out of the puppy, you are so very twisted and perverted. But this question and the one about making a "kitten drink" are in keeping with your daily dose of animal cruelty type questions.

God save the animals! Please stop this sick and cruel line of "questions".

if the puppy is thirsty it should drink as long as it knows where the water is at. Make sure its in the shade and you can place ice cubes in there if its a real hot day!!

Put some ice in your dog's water bowl - that will get his curiosity up enough to drink and plus - most dogs like to eat and play with ice. Good Luck

You did not say how old and what kind of puppy. How about giving your puppy some ice to chew on instead.

what i do when i have to make my puppy drink is i take two fingers and dip it in their water and stick your fingers up in their mouth and usually they will lick it and do that a couple of times with evry time getting farther away from them and closer to the water bowl where soon they will drink their water.
