my comcorder doesnt connect in my PC it say that your camcorder is malfunction

Is that the exact error message? I assume that the camcorder works fine, are the contacts for the cable clean(on camcorder/cable/'puter)? how does it connect? what software are you using? try re-installing the drivers (or searching for updated drivers) could be the cable, could be the software, could be the camcorder.
I had a cable to connect my nokia to the pc, one day i plugged in the cable to recive a message stating 'A USB device is malfunctioning' Buying a new cable was the solution to that one...

In the event of a malfunction the unit will shut down and display a code which is to inform a technician which area of the camcorder to examine in order to ascertain the nature of the problem.
Try the following steps:
1) Remove power source for 1 minute.
2) Reattach power source.
3) Try operating the camera.
Check User's Guide for more details (don't know what your model is)
If the above steps do not solve your problem your digital camera should be submitted for service to the Factory Service Facility. The

The problem was occure due to wrong cable connection.
always u have to connect cable in to PC first then to camcorder,
otherwise it will create sertain statics and cause to malfuntion ur camcorder.
U can solve it remove and keep away ur power source (battery) few hours.
