i have the exercise manual but not the instruction manual. i just want to dowload the manual, the total gym website doesn't offer any type of assistance. ebay is selling it for $6 i don't want to pay $6 for a few pages.

in case you've not a lot funds, and purely favor to do bicept and arm artwork attempt getting some huge bottles of water 1L of water = one million kg of (0.2 Gal=2.2 Lb's) and do bicep curls etc, 3 instruments of 10-15 reps, 5 days a week will deffinantly be an effective commence element
