Can't do it. If it gets thirsty it will drink and if not, there is nothing you can do to make it drink. If it does not drink for several hours, you could take it to the vet and they can put fluids in but it is not something for the untrained to do.

Last week you were drinking kitten and cat blood - now you want to make a drink out of the whole kitten - you are sick and perverted.
I truly hope that there are NO animals in your care and custody!

Sometimes putting ice cubes in the water dish will encourage them to drink. is there a reason why you feel the cat needs to drink? usually cats drink if they need to.Feeding canned food gets some moisture into them also.Don't force the cat to drink.Unless you think the cats dehydrated.

Provide plenty of fresh, clean, cool water, and when the kitten is thirsty, it will drink.
If you are thirsty, have some ice-water.
Do not drink kittens. Their blood is very high in sodium, and will only make you thirstier. BAD IDEA.

Have clean water available to her 24/7, if she's thirsty, she'll drink it on her own.

It will drink if needs to but if you think it is getting dehydrated than wipe it down with a clean wet rag. Animals ted to lick themselves when wet and it well help keep kitty cool.
