If you're happy who cares about average?

Yeah its a good weight for you to be. Check out hte weightwatchers website to find out your body mass index (should be between 20-25) and there is also a height / weight chart to see if you are over/underweight.
However, don't get too hung up on these charts. No one can say what an ideal weight is. My ideal weight should be around ten stone but I WAS ten stone once, after a bout of glandular fever and I looked like a concentration camp inmate.
If you feel happy at a certain weight and think you look good then that is the right weight for you.

Depends on how you're built, I'm 5ft 6 and I way nearly 13 stone, and I'm 15, but I'm very stocky and thick set. I know some very thin people about 5 1/2 feet tall who only way 6 1/2 stone, albeit that they are only 15 as well. I'd say you're probably about average, but it really depends how you're built.

if you are male you are about half a stone underweight as the range fro your height is nine to eleven stone and they prefer you to be in teh upper half of the range to avoid mineral uptake deficiencies-if you are female you are probably a few pounds too many but that is quite healthy as michael van straten points out that people who are ten per cent overweight live much longer than those who are underweight
see the height weight charts as a rough guide but also take frame size and weight distribution into accoutn

one hundred kilos? You adult men are.. um... wow. in accordance to BMI calculators (which have come less than fireplace lately for asserting people might want to be thinner than is healthful), round one hundred and ten-120 kilos is solid for a 12 12 months old boy. even if it would not genuinely count number if he's overweight as long as he grows into it. people ought to not say he's overweight. it truly is mean.

To get your BMI (body mass index) you divide your weight in kilos (133lb =c. 60kg) and divide it by your height in metres squared (65 inches = c. 1.59 m. Squared = 2.544. So your BMI is c. 23.6. This is in the middle of the normal healthy range (19-25 for young women). You have nothing to worry about.

Sounds OK to me. Although are you male or female? You can try www.tescodiets.com - they give a free 'diet profile' where you enter your details and they will tell you if your weight is ok or not.

Besides, you should focus on what you look like, not a number on a machine!xx
