Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip Cookies.

This is the easiest batch of cookies to make and not only are they delicious, but they are 1 point each if you are on Weight Watcher's.

1 15oz can of Pumpkin
1 box Duncan Hines Spice Cake Mix (no pudding)
1 C mini chocolate chips.

Mix the cake mix and pumpkin together til smooth , then add the mini chocolate chips and mix well.
(I use the small scoop from Pampered Chef)
Drop batter by the leveled scoop full onto a baking stone (or cookie sheet). (The drops are about 1 inch balls.)
Cook at 350 degrees for 11 minutes.

(I pull the cookies out a little after 6 minutes and flatten slightly with a metal spatula, then cook for an additional 5 minutes. Other wise they are more like balls, but they cook thoroughly either way.)

YUM YUM YUM

With the small scoop from Pampered Chef, you get anywhere from 68-72 cookies at 1 point each.
