It's different for everyone, depending on bone strucure, and amt. of muscle, etc. I am 5' 4" and I a size 3 at 125 lbs. If I got down to your weight , I would disappear!

everyones views on the perfect weight is different...Im 5'4 and my perfect weight is between 110 and 125 hope this helps,,
