you know, i have the exact same problem.

i tried taking more vitamin c and stuff, but the main problem is your scalp.

apparently, mine is too oily, plus the fact that i have eczema (a hereditary skin problem) on my scalp, is making my hair fall out.

i went to the doc, and she said that i was using the wrong shampoo. i was currently using the shampoo for normal hair, when i should be using the one for oily hair.

now, im trying a shampoo from the pharmacy which is specially for people with eczema, and has an oily scalp. e.g. sebamed (since regular shampoos are too commercialised, and are usually for the general public.)

for you,
1)consult someone. ascertain what kind of scalp do you have.
2)choose the correct shampoo and/or conditioner
3)have the correct diet. eat more fruits and vegetables. if you eat too much oily food, it will lead to an oily scalp, which will in turn lead to drastic hairfall...

hope this helps...:)

You could try the web site listed under sources for a list. Please check with a doctor or nutritionist. Sometimes people are unable to absorb the nutrients in foods and supplements, causing malnutrition, and in turn, perhaps, hair loss.

Sounds like you may have a thyroid problem that could be fixed with medication. Go see your doctor.
