I have one ear that has been ringing at night, and it is worse if I lay on that side. It is driving me crazy! Does anyone have this, or know what causes it? I have had it for 3 nights now.

There are many causes of tinnitus. It could be due to recent exposure to loud noise, intake of some medicines that can bring about tinnitus (aspirin, etc), it could be due to ear wax/something in the ear, it could be due to old age and also could be due to a tumor. So go see your ENT doctor to find out!
