to grow barely you need to have water otherwise you must try and drink the scarce water there is in wells and such :) I think that answers the riddle, not sure though lol

Hmmmm Well Most Of The Things On This Earth Need Water..Including Beer...So Yeah You Cant Make Beer Without Water..It Would Taste Nastier Than It Already Is..
