AKC is a legitimate registry. There are many bogus registries that mean nothing.

I"m not familiar with CCA; however, I know that AKC is the best breed club available. You are near guaranteed that you are getting a purebred dog if it is registered AKC. American Kennel Club (AKC) is the largest registering kennel club in the world and the most prestigous. All of my dogs and puppies are AKC registered. Hope this helps

just another chance to blow a couple of hundred dollars on a piece of paper to convince everyone your dog is purebred and impress them with his/her double registered status.
