You should weigh between-
111-124 if u are small frame
121-135 if u are medium frame
131-147 if u are large frame.

the formula I've heard for perfect weight is 100 pounds for a girl and 110 pounds for a guy = 5 feet. Every inch after that, add 5-7 pounds. So 5'3" is about 115-121 pounds.
But 30 or so pounds above that is still good in the same weight class category.

I think the normal is 120 for 5'3 girl.

MOST PEOPLE WOULD SAY 135 BUT I LIKE MY LADIES TO BE A LITTLE THICKER THAN MOST SO I WOULD SAY ABOUT 150.
