Not much difference.. We take first the characteristics of a GODLY person AS WELL as those of a GODLIKE person:
Above reproach (blameless in all things)
The husband of one wife (a one-woman man)
Temperate (under control)
Prudent (alert and of sound mind)
Respectable (mature and Godly)
Hospitable (friendly to others)
Not addicted to wine (moderate and not a drunkard)
Not pugnacious (not easily angered & not being quarrelsome)
Free from the love of money (not covetous and free from the love of earthly wealth)
Manages household well (leads family in God’s ways)
Keeps children under control with dignity (the children are taught, and they obey God’s ways)

godly usually means you have goodness and compassion and positive stuff like that while godlike means powerful and having the supernatural skills of god

Godlike means a person who is very much pius person whe preaches good things and helps you all to lead a life taking towards God .
GODLY means that he not an oredinary person .He is one similar to god who's status is with very good qualitities takes all people to wards God who ensures handing over people to God .He shows the path towards God .His soul is eternal bue divine soul.
