It's really not clear yet, I hope this man John Karr can at least give some answers.
I do believe Patsy (her mother) LOVED her very, very much and would have NEVER hurt her. I know in my heart Patsy and Jon Benet are together in Heaven and they both are very happy and their suffering has ended...

We have to be patient and wait. People on the outside that don't have all the facts and evidence at hand can only speculate. Let them do their job. They wouldn't have arrested him in the first place if it wasn't plausible. I keep saying this but in every cold case file it has been the DNA that nabs the criminal. He has already been found to be a pedophile. So, he already fits the part. Yes, obsessive but obsessive people kill people.

I think it was her brother, and her parents covered for him, which accounts for their fishy behavior. This Karr guy is just a nut.
