I have been using the packets or boxes bought which provides the crumbs and filling and one adds the butter for the crumbs and one adds milk for the filling. But I want the home made version of how to make the Cheescake with variants if there are.

This is the cheesecake recipe that I use when making one at home. It is easy but also tastes good!

3 egg yolks
1 14 oz. can Eagle brand condensed milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
8 oz cream cheese
Mix and put in graham cracker crust. Bake on 350 degrees for 8 minutes.

You can add fruit toppings if you wish.

EASY CHEESECAKE

6 oz. pre-made graham cracker crust
2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Pour over crust.

Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is almost set and top is starting to brown. Cool completely. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

Top with your favorite topping and serve (I use 1 Tsp. Strawberry Jam). Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

I like the Jello cheesecake better than most people's home versions. If you google cheesecake you will get lots of recipes though.
