I think you can't win. I think the chocolate is heavier then milk/water. no matter all the fancy things I did to it.. I alway had to re-stir it after a while... my advice is to keep a plastic spoon handy (metal will remove the heat), and stir it every few minutes and even more when you get closer to the dregs at the bottom so you actually drink it all. I think I've tried everyone's advice and it's all just temporary depending on how long it takes you to get the the bottom. Now that I'm thinking of cocoa, I think I'll make some. Bonus: add an every so tiny pinch of salt to the chocolate and the chocolate will taste smoother and no, you will not make your sweet drink salty. Don't believe me.. then "waste" one mugful and try it that way.

My mom used to put it in a shaker and just put a bit of milk in. She would actually keep in the fridge like that so it would all disolve and then add more milk.

stir it with a whisk very thourouhly or use a blender, hand blenders are good too... stir thoroughly for like a good 45 seconds
