It depends what I think of you before the hard on incident. If I already think you're handsome and you're already kind to me. I would probably approach you about it.
If you are a jerk, I would be totally disgusted. In general, that's just not the right place or time for a hard on. Also, I would be wondering if it was the women or men who turned you on.

I would definitely blush and look away. Trying not to make to much eye contact, so not to give either if us away.
If the opportunity was right,say after work cocktails, I would probably harass you about it. And ask what young intern brought that about. But admittedly, I am more one of the guys than most women.
