Its just spam if were you I would just delete it as soon as I saw it in the email box.Can't say I ever have received any type of spam promising to help me because a U.S citizen but I have received a lot of spam offering me free samples of viagra and other male enhancement pills,and i'm a girl.lol.So yeah just ignore it.
