Do you have an interesting maiden name? It would be a great tribute to your family too. Also, very traditional names are becoming uncommon. Be aware that unusual spellings and use of "low frequency" letters -- like Q or Z could label him in a way you might not be happy with.

i dont know if this is out of the ordinary but i like this name Brian Patrick. try looking in a baby name book.

Why not go get one of those baby name books with 35k+ names in it. You can spend this time looking through them all to find a name and meaning you would like to give your son.

I love the names Ryder, Rucker/Tucker, Jackson, and Pierce.
(Jackson Ryder or Ethan Rucker)

I think it is neat when a baby is named after his mother's maiden name as someone else mentioned.

I like the name Keanue (yes, as in the actor). Also Reeves for a first name is cool (and that just happens to be his last name).
