According to Christopher Moore's "Lamb: The Gospel According to Biff, Christ's Childhood Pal," not only did he learn yoga, but he taught it to an elephant, and invented the martial art Judo ("Way of the Jew"). And he invented cappucino and ate bacon!

Okay, so it's not exactly a factual book. But it's thought-provoking and hysterically funny. Probably Moore's best work.

where did you hear he lived in india?

i've never once heard that.

no. to meditate is to sit in queit thought.

a lot of people have meditated. it doesn't imply that he was doing anything india related at all.

there's 2 conflicting stories of where jesus came from. one is that he was born in Bethelehem. the other is that he is from the Nazareth area in modern day northern israel.

that's a nice fantasy. unfortunately it must be based on a belief of the basic popular version of the life o khrist, a thoroughly fantastic tale if ever there was one.
