Dibucaine or nupercainal ointment may help. Ask the pharmacist at your local drug store. Get some vitamin c tablets with bioflavinoids and rutin at the health food store. They may aid in healing. An exercise program will help improve circulation and healing also.

Go to the pharmacy and ask for a "freezing" agent like zylocaine. It'll freeze the area. However, if you're still having this much pain, then maybe there is an infection brewing in that area. Is there not a free clinic or a hospital that will see you without any insurance? This needs to be looked after. The numbing will only get you through until you can see a doctor. it's not a cure. You're just gonna be masking the problem.

Nupercaine is pretty good...it is a local anesthetic, but if you can find it...a Swiss product called "Varemoid" is what you need. It is a pill containing rutin (a type of vitamin) and should solve your problem quickly. Rutin is available in most health food stores or at a pharmacy, but I don't know the trade names. I hope this helps. Oh, yes, I am a physician.

Please purchase a 30 ml bottle of injectable lidocaine or xylocaine. It is a local anesthetic. Open the bottle and add vaseline or liquid petroleum jelly. After uniformly mixing use it locally at the painful area guided if necessary by a spatula. Xylocaine jelly is also available in tubes. That should solve your problem.

How about a sits bath, epsom salts and water in a bath tub then sit in it for about one half hour. Not a medical doctor but it could help. Good luck.
