what is stopping you from getting out there and getting at it?...do not let that STOP YOU -enjoy the REWARDS-better sleep, go to park, nature trail or fitness or community center to be physically ACTIVE.might help before you begin to move.

I don't believe you, anyone who is finished university doesn't spell this poorly. Did you graduate in anything? Don't tell me it was English!
