Is it my fault that they jump to the wrong conclusion, in the workplace? Please give me your thought.

For example when u ask them a question and they jump to the wrong conclusion on your intention. To be honest, it is frustrating.

It can be anything, for example when during discussion and you are trying to process whether that is the right thing to do, you hesitate and not really want to give a reply until much later and the other party thought that you are sulking.

You ignore them and let them make fools of themselves.

Maintain your cool.
Calmly request not to have your sentences finished.
Ask them why they are asking you if they already have their own answer.
If you have to, make a retreat, think of your answer and then come back.
Tell these people up front not rush you.
Could it be you are dealing with people from different parts of the country? A New Yorker thinks quicker and talks faster than a midwesterner. A midwesterner may think that the New Yorker is rude, and the New Yorker may thinkt that the Midwesterner is slow. New Yorkers are quick with each other and expect to get through daily interactions at a quick pace. It might seem rude to you at first, but they all expect it of each other so it is just how they act.
If you are in a situation like this - say a midwesterner with a whole bunch of New Yorkers - you are just going to have to develop a thick skin, not take it personaly and look at it as learning a new way to adapt to people. Soon enough you'll be up to speed.
If the New Yorker type is in the Midwest and everyone there is naturally slower, pull the person aside. Teach them to go a little slower. They may not have any idea they are being rude because they are acting the way they are used too! Tell him to think of everyone as a big teddy bear you have to be a bit nice and slower with as opposed to operating a fast car.
Good luck!

This is something that is hard to talk about without sounding mystical. I sometimes feel almost as though I’m a sort of sense organ or mirror that the hacker community grew in order to see itself more clearly. To the extent I ended up “leading” or became a culture hero in that process, it was because the community desperately needed someone to do it and pulled me into the role, shaping me to fit in the process.
Cultures need culture heroes — and they’ll create ‘em if they don’t pop up spontaneously. Note: the process can be damn rough on the candidate. And being the focus of so many peoples’ dreams and aspirations is…well, it’s terrifying at times. I used to have a lot of contempt for rock stars who couldn’t handle the pressure and fucked up with drugs. Now I understand better. I’ve been through some awful, heartbreaking, soul-destroying **** on this job.

I don't know your particular situation, but chances are it is not your fault. Some people just think that they are better than everyone else, and yes, do jump to the wrong conclusions.
I would privately bring this to the attention of the highest boss in the workplace (unless he or she is the presumptous one). I would let someone you trust know that someone at your worksite is really judging you unfairly.

I get the first part-and believe me that does annoy me. As, for the second detail-I don't understand-you can't explain it right-you didn't give enough detail, and it's confusing. If you really want help-and help that is isn't lacking what your looking for-then do us a favor and don't lack on the details and don't make it so confusing for us to understand-otherwise your just wasting your timer and ours.

They are often just arrogant people trying to get the goods on you and make you feel small. Carry on and try to ignore them, but make sure they eventually know that being presumptious has made them unopen to the facts and that they really don't have any idea what's going on.

If it bothers you and you have to see the presumptuous person at work, you have two choices:
1. Ignore them
2. Set them straight in words of two syllables, they shouldn't bother you again... heh, heh.

Ignore them. Consider your body language and your non- verbal clues as to why people are reading you wrongly.
