It's okay, I've done it a few times and didn't get sick. You're not going to die if it's bad, the worst thing that will happen is maybe a bit of nausea. There's only one way to know for sure if your system can handle it....

you should really keep cold food below 5c and hot food above 63c because food left out at room temperatures is classed as being in the danger zone so your answer is keep it cold or keep it hot

I wouldn't eat it. Room temperature is perfect for all kinds of bacteria to grow.

yes done it loads of times if we didn't eat stuff that was bad for us we wouldn't be immune to any sort of bacteria my motto is if someone else is able to eat it why cant i

No you'll get diarrhea if you eat it. 2 hours at room temp and it's unfit to eat.
