I heard line-seed it very good for you. I am looking recipes to which you can add line-seed. And what to do with the seeds. Do you boil them? Soak them?

never heard of line seed......did you mean linseed????
linseed is used in making oil for paint

Linseed is typically used as a wood stain and paint medium thinner. It is poisonous if ingested by humans in large quantities. Unless you want to make yourself very, very sick I would suggest you find a new cooking ingredient and read up on it before you think it's healthy.

the word is linseed and yes it's good for you all seeds are good for you try them in bread,cakes,cereal and even stir-fries

Just add directly to the dough when making bread; let rise and bake as usual.
Linseed is not only healthy, but imparts a wonderful nutty flavour to any bread.
