Luke: 10:11-15 Yeah, Judgement's comning, but Right Now, where in the TIme of MERCY, ANYBODY can get SAVED and not get caught-up in GOD's Judgement.

Remember, Jesus empowered his disciples to perform many miracles, including resurrecting people who had died, back to life, so they may have been empowered to perform that miraculous feat also.
When Jesus was on earth, Jews and Samaritans tended to despise one another. On one occasion the people in a Samaritan village turned Jesus away simply because he was a Jew headed for Jerusalem. How would you have responded to that rejection? Jesus’ disciples may have reflected the prejudices of the day when they asked him: “Lord, do you want us to tell fire to come down from heaven and annihilate them?” (Luke 9:51-56) Did Jesus allow his disciples’ embittered spirit to influence him? On the contrary, he rebuked them and peacefully sought lodging in a different village. Shortly thereafter, Jesus gave the parable of the neighborly Samaritan. This forcefully illustrated that a person’s ethnic background in itself does not make him an enemy. In fact, he might turn out to be a very good neighbor!

Jesus came to love you back to reality. God will Judge you on that day and He will say to some, I don't even know you. It will be because of the choice you made, not God's. He is patiently waiting for all to return to His bosom. If you look at the big picture and wonder why, if there is a God, can this destructive World go on? It is because the ones that have made it in are secure in His arms and the others He is waiting on because of one reason. "A Father's LOVE

The one thing I have learned about life is that I would rather have my faith and my God in every situation. If I go to a cliff and lean over far enough I am probably going to fall.If i drive my car without using the steering wheel I am probably going to wreck. There are consequenses we have to pay for our actions. Some things are tangible, some are not. A parent has to disclipline a child because they love them and they want them to grow up to be loving responsible adults. So does God. It's all about love, and believe me God loves YOU!

Yes, when the disciples wanted to torch all the people around them that were opposing them, Christ reproved his disciples and said, "you don't know what spirit you are of."
Oh, but what would Christians do without their threatening message of Hell?....It is their only sword and it is quite dull.

Please clarify the question.
And I think you're a bit confused as to what the catholic church does teach.
