Dude don't worry about stopping. Honestly it helps dampen the need to cheat. If your wife isn't satisfying you then don't worry about it. 3 times a week isnt that bad. 3 times a day well then maybe you have a problem but I wouldn't worry about it otherwise

why in the world would u even want 2 stop. r u nutz, if this pleasures u, then by all means u r not hurtin anyone. the only way it would a prob is if it is interefering with ur performance with ur wife. this is something she may enjoy watching or maybe even joining u. then as u both bring urselves close 2 climax, then get tog. 4 an amazing result. duh, u can use it as foreplay, what woman in her right mind wouldnt want it 3 x's a week????

My husband and I are not together 24/7. When he feels the need, he does it, two to three times a day. It does not impair our sex life, and may enhance it, as he can go slower and pay attention to me.
If it is not impairing your sex life, and you otherwise are not feeling guilty about it, don't worry.
To stop, try to change your schedule so that your wife is available when you would otherwise do it, so you can do it naturally.
