He loves Fancy Feast , but just the regular....not the chunks or in gravy. He just licks off the gravy and looks for something else. Also he loves his cookies (Whiskas Temptations) Just rattle the bag and see what happens, or he gets up on kitchen stool and paws at the drawer.

Their favourite is whatever is catch of the day. Wild cats are opportunistic and will eat whatever the can get. If all they can catch is a bird that's what they eat, if it's a mouse, that's prime dinner tonight. I have fussy cats but if all I give them is the meat and biscuits I want to eat, they get to a stage where, that's all they will eat and if I change it, i'm given a severe reprimand. We noticed this when we ran out of their usual dry food a little while ago, I had some other biscuits that were for the foster cats so I fed them those, they didn't want to eat them at first and complained loudly and would follow me around the house meowing and giving me dirty looks. We then got to the produce store and got their usual, when I put these in the bowl, they didn't want to eat those!!! Cats are fickle LOL

Yes, this is my major problem. Her favourite food is the Friskies Go-Cat and right now, I can't buy it anywhere. Coles and Woolworths don't stock it. Only Franklins and IGA do. All the Franklins around us only stock three flavours, one of which she doesn't like. So, after being told by the Bush's Pet Food Account Manager (Bush's make Friskies Go-Cat) that IGA stock all five flavours, I went to one and guess what, they stocked 1. Very frustrating.
She's trying Dine at the moment but she's not that fussed. I'm trying the Fancy Feast but she only likes some and not others and she tells me that there isn't enough in the cans. I have to agree 85g isn't very much when she's used to 100g.
She's 16 and I'm trying so hard to please her.

My cat eats Hill's Science Diet -hairball prevention formula-He gets 1 cup daily and eats at will. The only other food he gets is a little tuna when I open a can to make myself a sandwich-about once a week. Funny thing is-if he eats the tuna, he reduces the amount of dry food he eats.

Whiskas turkey and gravy in the little pouches. She loves the gravy best and licks it all up and then comes back later and nibbles the turkey slices. So one day I saw this bottle of gravy in the pet store- a sauce you are supposed to pour over your cat's dry food to make it taste better. I bought it and served Lucy C. Tabby a small bit of just the gravy. "what is this dog doo" her expression clearly said. She didn't touch it. Had to throw it out.

My cats enjoy Fancy Feast as well, but I am not going to buy them that expensive stuff. I find they will pretty much eat any canned cat food you put in front of them.

Mine are given Eukanuba low residue diet as on has a medical problem. Truth is though they all love the dry but are less keen on the wet.
For a huge huge treat though the very favorite thing here is a little piece of chicken.
