No she's not fat! I'm 5'2" and my ideal weight is between 125 and 130. But, fat isn't measured by weight alone- check some of the BMI websites others have given you. Two people can both weigh (say) 130, but one has 30% fat, as measured by BMI and the other only has 10%- so, whose fat?

Alot of women think they are fat. Just make sure she's not going overboard on the whole fat thing. Encourage her to be healthy not skinny. But no..her weight sounds fine to me.

No, she is not fat according to her BMI. However, if she is unhappy with her appearance, she might want to tone her body which will give her a more appeasing body image.

i'm 5'3 and weigh 130, and a lot a people refer to as slim. so if your friend thinks she fat, then she must have some fat contact lenses on that make her look fat.
