Most likely it was something in what you ate. This is an allergic reaction and it will subside normally. Take something like Benadryl. If there is no improvement, seek medical help quickly.

It sounds like an allergic reaction. You need to find out what is causing this. Please also go to an allergist to find out the cause of the allergic reaction. You could also call a pharmacist to see if they have anything you can take for the itching/lip swelling. When I was a child I would have allergic reactions to certain foods and they gave me benadryl for that.

you had an allergic reaction to either the chocolate or mangoes or a combo of both. please take some benadryl and monitor your symptoms-if they get worse IE-tongue swollen-can't breathe-call 911 or go to the er. Otherwise contact your family doctor-he may want you to see an allergist. Take care

Well... I believe you found out something that you might be allergic to.
Mine is milk.
All my life I drank milk but now I can't because it makes me get big red pimples in the face.
But at least I can still eat mushrooms, shrimp, strawberries and chocolate!

you were probably allergic, or your body didn't know how to compensate with all the sugar from both foods. you can get an allergy test just to be sure, and bring up this topic at your next checkup.

it sounds like an allergic reaction. do you eat these types of foods on a regular basis? i would check with your doctor and take it easy on the mangos for awhile.

You probably have an allergy to one or more of the ingredients in the food that you ate! Was it the first time you tried any of these foods?
