Each can avoid the "lake of fire" only by trusting in Jesus as Lord and Savior.

Rev 20:11 Then I saw a great white throne and One seated on it. Earth and heaven fled from His presence, and no place was found for them.
Rev 20:12 I also saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life, and the dead were judged according to their works by what was written in the books.
Rev 20:13 Then the sea gave up its dead, and Death and Hades gave up their dead; all were judged according to their works.
Rev 20:14 Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire.
Rev 20:15 And anyone not found written in the book of life was thrown into the lake of fire.

How do you get your name written into the book of life?

Trust Jesus for your salvation.

Phi 4:3 Yes, I also ask you, true partner, to help these women who have contended for the gospel at my side, along with Clement and the rest of my co-workers whose names are in the book of life.

Rev 3:5 In the same way, the victor will be dressed in white clothes, and I will never erase his name from the book of life, but will acknowledge his name before My Father and before His angels.

Let me see if I can explain this in terms you can understand. When I was a kid, my mother moved us from Oklahoma to Los Angeles. I experienced the ocean for the first time at age 12.

You know you can stand in the water at the beach in L.A. and get distracted by what's doing on the beach. So I'm standing there in knee deep water when all of a sudden everything on my ocean side goes dead quite. I look around to see a ten foot wall of water three feet from my face and coming fast. I was slammed, flipped, tossed and turned until I didn't know which way was up. I was literally swimming as hard as I could for the surface when I bumped smack into the ocean floor. Realizing my mistake I flipped around and kicked off for the real surface.

Living a sinful life was exactly like that for me. When I finally had a reference point for which way was up I kicked off the floor of sin and headed for air. I recognize by your question, you are in that turbulent ocean of sin and have been so tossed around that you don't know right from wrong. Your swimming for your life for the bottom of that ocean. Turn around and you'll bob up out of that smothering environment into real life, joy, happiness, and hope. The condemnation of soul will give way to relationship with your Creator.

I am not a hater of homosexuals, and I am not a homophobe. I was caught in the shame of sexual addiction for years before I experienced what I've described for you here. I have also ministered to men and women who've struggled with sexual identity and perversions. Now the Bible states flat out that this lifestyle is an abomination to God but in that same verse it says of the believers, 'and such were some of you'

I would welcome you into my church if you would come and no matter where you are, I'm sure I can locate a church for you that will accept you where you are now and help you get out of that lifestyle. In most cities there are ministries that specifically deal with these issues. You can e-mail me and I will help you find one if you want.

Well, one really great thing about being Pagan: not believing in a deity that uses eternal punishment....(Only slightly sorry about the snarkiness. It is frankly a matter of wonderment that many monotheists [primarily Christians, in my experience] are eager to talk of a deity of love---and then spend a hellacious time clobbering 90+% of the human race. *Especially* for such human defects as doubt, curiosity, and disagreeing with mainstream opinions.)

Perhaps an all-wise, all-loving Deity, by whatever name, will do a lot of post-death evaluation, teaching, and rehab work on us human critters. The idea of an Eternal who delights or requires eternal suffering is horrifying, IMHO; your mileage may vary.

I'd trust in a Mercy and Understanding that our incredibly limited brains cannot begin to handle at this time....but down the road, upgrades to brains will be available.

Saul (who later became the Apostle Paul who wrote 2/3 rd's of the New Testament, had to be Knocked-Off of his Horse by the LIGHT and POWER of an ALMIGHTY GOD, befor he Believed.
Saul was a very Religious Man. He hated Christian's and Persecuted them to the Extreme.
GOD knew that he would accept CHRIST, it just took alot to get Saul to Understand(sometime's Human Being's just need a Kick-in-the-xxx to get us Straightened out---now don't we?). If Saul woulda' never choose to accept CHRIST, GOD's Light and Power woulda' just Hardened him more against GOD (and the Christian's) like Pharaoh was hardened.
Saul was a Believer befor he hit the Ground! Saul's first Word's were "who art thou, LORD". You don't call JESUS LORD with-out the Holy Spirit.
Then JESUS changed his name to Paul. A complete Flip-Flop of a Conversion, in an Instant of Time.
GOD know's the Time and Place, when Everybody Who will Accept JESUS as their Saviour, WILL. And HE know's who will not, ever.

Keep Planting Seed's, keep Praying for their Salvation's. The Rest is up to THEM (Yea,Nay), when GOD give's them a Chance to "get Saved". Dont get Discouraged---some People are Planter's, not Reaper's. You may never Personally see a Person get SAVED from your Effort's, dosen't mean that they won't.
Hope this helps.

Why cheat the lake of fire out of a good meal?

Tell them the LORD loves us all...

But, only a few will enter the gates of Heaven.

And, its unfortunate that the "gays" wont, but, its thier choice, just like it is, with everyone else.

You either "are" a Christian, or arent. Dont try to "play" one in Church on Sundays and not every day of the week.

The LORD will only judge us on Judgement Day, so, why should "I"judge anyone else?

HE forgave our sins. So, why should I hold anything against my Brother/Sister, if the LORD is willing to forgive them, I should be able too, because "I" wont be judging them, HE will be judging them and me...

I wish you well..

Jesse

Tell them "Since Jesus died for our sins, this law doesn't apply to you anymore just like pork, alcohole and prostitution"
