When the installation starts there is a message saying : Some driver has an invalid name or conflict with other file or service in system. Please chose other driver name or make sure you have rebooted after removal of software using same names.
I rebooted.

once i have the same problem and i solved it by renaming 2 files in the system32\drivers directory, i can't remember the names right now, i'm not on my PC, so i promise i'll send u the names of the files as soon as possible.

the names are:
d347bus.sys
d347prt.sys
rename them to:
d347bus.sy_
d347prt.sy_
reboot and reinstall, u will probably get a message tells u that u have a driver with a same name, just make sure to rename the driver to d348*** instead if d347***

i advice u to try out a software named virtual cd it works same as ur software and much easier to install
