barking doesnt stop if they are neutered... neutering is cutting out the balls.... not the vocal cords

Oh no, dogs will always bark. People don't stop talking completely, just like dogs will never stop barking completely. You want your dog to bark. He just needs to learn when it is acceptable to bark and when it is not. You don't want your dog to be quite if an intruder enters your house. Usually as dogs age they tend to not bark as much. But to get him to not bark as much now you need to take some tips from the Dog Wisperer. You just need to train him properly.

Neutering your dog will have no affect on his barking. Barking is a dog's way of communication - just think of it this way - if you were neutered, would you stop talking?

I wish..NO, how is that possible, think about it.. Voice box up in throat, balls down in crotch..

If you don't want your dog to bark do 2 things, 1.teach it not to. and 1. get a cat;-) There is a 3rd, but it is not an option in my opinion, and that is having the vocal cords cut (they DO grow back)
