Vegetables, whole grains, fish, and (believe it or not) nuts and seeds in small quantities. (Nuts, seeds and avacados provide EFAs that reduce cravings.)

I believe eating grapefruit helps speed up your metabolism & will help burn up food.
Exercise is the best way to help you lose weight.
Try semi skimmed, or even skimmed milk if you can stomach it - that'll cut down quite a few calories.
Try eating sandwiches with no butter on & load them up with plenty of your fav veg.
You can eat plenty if you stick to fresh fruit & veg.
Avoid eating late at night unless you are going to do something physical (you know what I mean!).
Pulses, beans etc are supposed to be filling, but it all depends on your tastebuds.
Try walking everywhere, that'll help loads.
Avoid processed foods & take outs - these are the real baddies!
Good luck - hope this helps!

Think caveman.

No really, think caveman.

Fresh fruit, and vegetables, nuts and seeds, pulses.

Not much fish and very rarely eat red meat.

You can eat kilos of fruit and vegetables and it will be so low in calories, whereas modern foods are packed full of calories.

e.g. pies, pizza, burgers, ice cream, biscuits, etc - all modern foods, caveman never ate them, so why do you?

PS the celery negative calorie idea is a myth, it has no scientific basis so just ignore those statements.

Hi
This plan really helped me loose weight so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Good luck

London Lady, nothing has zero calories besides water, tea and coffee.

But most vegetables are low on calories (with a few exceptions). If you crave ice cream, try eating an apple or something instead... and watch out for those salad dressings!

You have to reduce food intake, especially rice. Make a habit of eating less. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner. On dinner time, try to avoid eating rice. Eat lots of vegetables.
