The first line of defence is self defence. Which is the bodies internal adrenlin and noraadrenline reacting to the stressor ie the fight or flight syndrome we all have in us.Which is whether we stand and fight the stressor or whether we suffer acute anxiety and run from the stressor.Each individual reacts differently.
