I need a tool to do the transcribing job. Is there any software can convert from wave/mp3 file to text file?

There are several speech-to-text solutions but they all involve a high degree of training (i.e. the software has to be trained to recognise a particular voice).

None of them are likely to be very successful at all at converting a recorded conversation because the recording conditions (microphone placement and acoustics) will be very far from the ideal and there will be extraneous background noises as well. If there is more than one speaker, there is almost no chance of success!
