I put butter, salt, pepper and little bit of garlic salt on the fillet - put your oven rack on the lower middle slot and broil for about 20 minutes - depending on the size of the fillet. Comes out perfect everytime.

melt about 1 tablespoon of butter add minced garlic. pour it all over the salmon. then sprinkle it with bread crumbs. i put the oven on at 350. so depending on the size of the fillet the time will vary. when it's flakie it's ready.

Three ways (season by feel). Simple but really kicks up the flavor.
1) Mustard, soy sauce, garlic, pepper (grill or pan fry)
2) Lemon juice, pepper, garlic, thyme (gril or pan fry)
3) If it's really fresh, salmon sashimi is really tasty
Even mocrowaving is good. Fish is the only meat that cooks really well in the microwave and remains moist and juicy.

wrap in foil together with a few cubes of butter, chopped parsley and garlic and sea salt generously laid on top (salt just to taste, more parsley and garlic) and a few slices of lemon wacked under the grill for probably 15 min or so...depending how good your grill is. Check to see how its doing, take care not to over cook...should look pink and juicy.

Fry it slowly in olive oil and butter. Don't bother with seasoning other than a pinch of salt, you'll just obscure the taste of the fish.
