Rar is a compressed file format (archive) such as winzip. You need to download winrar program to extract the file inside the rar archive.
You can download winrar from
http://files.rarlab.com/rar/wrar360.exe
After extracting the files you can use media player to play the mpeg file.

RAR is a compressed file type like ZIP used to decrease file size WINZIP is commonly used to decompress RAR or ZIP files u can download the latest version of WINZIP from www.downloads.com or any site its very popular software
WinRAR is also used for this purpose actually it was created for RAR file types so just downlaod any one of these two then install after the installation is completed right click on the file "....rar" and click on the button named as "Extract Here" or "Extract" it will take several minutes to decompress it to mpeg file format (depends on ur system processor) so mpeg file format can be played by Media Player or Real Player or Jet Audio or any well known Music player

RAR is nothing but a compressor. The movie was in that compressed form to make it smaller in size, so that you could have downloaded it faster.
What you have to do is first download a small program called WIN RAR, it's very small and it takes nothing to download it. Once you have downloaded this small program, install it.
After this, just click on the RAR movie file you downloaded, it will open, just like a folder and inside it you'll find your movie.

rar is file compression, like zip. download winrar (it's free) to decompress the file back into an mpeg.
