its different for every denomination of Christianity.. Some believe you have to be reborn, other believe you have to be baptized, others believe you simply have to accept Jesus as you savior...etc. etc. Either way, according to the bible, no one will know until they die and are judged by god.

Joh 3:14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,
Joh 3:15 so that everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life.
Joh 3:16 "For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.
Joh 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world that He might judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
Joh 3:18 Anyone who believes in Him is not judged, but anyone who does not believe is already judged, because he has not believed in the name of the One and Only Son of God.

Gal 6:1 Brothers, if someone is caught in any wrongdoing, you who are spiritual should restore such a person with a gentle spirit, watching out for yourselves so you won't be tempted also.
Gal 6:2 Carry one another's burdens; in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
Gal 6:3 For if anyone considers himself to be something when he is nothing, he is deceiving himself.
Gal 6:4 But each person should examine his own work, and then he will have a reason for boasting in himself alone, and not in respect to someone else.
Gal 6:5 For each person will have to carry his own load.
Gal 6:6 The one who is taught the message must share his goods with the teacher.
Gal 6:7 Don't be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows he will also reap,
Gal 6:8 because the one who sows to his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.

Col 3:23 Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men,

If they're unbelievers who haven't trusted in the finished work of Jesus for their salvation then they all arrive at the same time.

Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. 13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Perhaps before the others, whoever the others might be.

They will most certainly pass through purgatory though.

if you have good karma you will get in faster
if you have bad karma you will get in slower
but i believe that god gives you a choice:
you can live live again (reincarnation)
or you can live live after death (heaven)
