Yes, they are breaking the law.
I'm not saying I'm agreeing with the law, but if it is going to be a law, enforce it!
If it isn't the right thing to do, then go get the law changed... in the mean time, enforce it!

Quite a paradox. If the countries they came from would do something about it, then I would be for sending them back. However, since it's just a revolving door, and countries like Mexico don't seem to want to do anything about it, then incarceration seems to be the only alternative.
Maybe if illegals were shot on sight. That might serve as a deterrant. I don't know. Tough situation.
Maybe work camps could be set up. Model inmates could be given incentives (like their freedom, for example) if they learn how to behave themselves and do things legally.
'Nuff said?

So long as we can prove their status, or lack there of, yes. First we need to fix the open borders, and improve the UCIS bureaucracy somehow so that it is easier to pull up records on people who are trying to get legal residence the right way.

Yes, Make THEM pay for the transporation. Seize property if necessary. Change laws so that children born on US soil to illegal parents are NOT US citizens. ILLEGAL IS ILLEGAL!

Nope, never. They came here for a reason, to support their family. Who are we to deport. First of all we are not even living in our own nation, we ceased it from the red indians. Check out australia, they slaughtered almost all aborigins.
They should be fairly trialed first, if they have the potential of being here they should be here. If they are criminals or trouble makers then they shld be deported.
