a virus that causes the disease called AIDS, Human ImunoDeficiency Sindron, a deadly disease.the virus is transmitted especially by blood, in different situations. if you are HIV positive it means that you have the virus in your body. but you can live with the virus in your body for even 10 years before the disease appears (if you are lucky)

It kills white blood cells in the body and weakens the Immune system, then AIDS ( Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome ) develops, resulting in the infection of a cocktail of dieases.
