If you are around 18 years start Wight lifting that will help you to wide your shoulders.

it can still get wider. Bench press and push ups. few sets everyday, up to your capability.

I'm afraid shoulder width is genetic. you can develop the mucles you have on them, but the bones themselves ain't goin no where. sorry.
