I don't know any websites regarding that, but i have an experience. When I was 17 i started to work out, and i clearly remember that my height was 177 Sm and after 1 month it became 174 Sm (that's 100% true, i was very upset) I don't care what science says, that's my experience. But also i have to mention that now i'm 30, and my height is 185 Sm (around 6' 1''). Good luck!

Yes, i have heard of that one and a family friend, who is a proffessional bodybuilder, says that there is some truth in it.
He himself is 6' 3" but says that in his gym, most of the weight-lifters are short in height. Specifically those who lift weight above thier heads, other sorts of weight lifting doesn't matter, as when you lift weight above ur head, u r actually putting pressure on ur bones.
I think that that particular family friend of ours is tall because it runs in his family. Genes play a vital role.

and right, forgot to telll you, if you ask gym trainers, those with the huge muscles who life them every day, the answer who be, if you weight weights excessively, you might so becasue you are growing. this means about a few hours like the gym trainers. but if you practise for mintues , na, you won't . but when you grow older and you keep forcing yourself to life them, you will get some sort of slunted backbone
