I don't believe God has a chosen nation. I believe God appreciates the diversity in cultures and methods of worship. I also think he's pretty upset that so many of us are running around killing each other in his name.

Yes, the Jews who descended from Jacob/Israel are God's chosen people. However, while in itself a blessing, it was also impossible for them to keep the law perfectly bringing them under a curse. Jesus removed the curse by dying the way he did.
Then, salvation was offered to the Israelites first. Afterward, the gentiles were also invited to salvation. Now the Bible calls true Christians.."JEWS', or 'The Israel of God.' Do you need the scriptures for this?

Once upon a time, a long time ago, the Israelites were God's chosen.
But, about 2000 years ago they made a big mistake. They rejected the one sent to save them from themselves and no longer are they chosen
Acts.10
[45] And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.

Yes, the Jews, or Israel more precisely, were chosen of God. They were chosen, however, for a particular purpose. That purpose was to deliver the Messiah, Christ... the promised seed, unto the world by which salvation would be made available unto all.

No... First, God belief is required. Second, you have to believe the God as it is described by the Bible Old Testament (the one that wants to see faulty people being stoned, as in the Leviticus). Third, I can't imagine a God sending first its message to a quite small tribe as were the Jews at their origin. Why didn't "God" didn't do this to the whole rest of the world ?

The WORLD is "God's" chosen WORLD. Stop trying to make everyone argue. No one is superior to anyone, regardless of race, religion, gender, orientation, etc.

Israel remains Gods chosen people yet because of their unfaithfulness we were grafted into the relations tree as scripture tells us and through baptism we develop into little children of God

Part of the promise was:
"And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall ALL THE FAMILIES OF THE EARTH shall be blessed"
Is that happening?
Jesus said his kindgom isn't of this world. His people are "chosen" because there are others that aren't in the the kingdom that live in this world. God is universal and rules the universe. One day, the kingdom of darkness will pass away.
